Introduction
An NGO is operating at a deficit, with the root causes remaining unclear. Therefore, a comprehensive business analysis and assessment of the current state is required. The organization lacks an enterprise architecture, process documentation, and reporting systems. To achieve financial stability, a review and expansion of the service offering, along with intensified marketing activities, are planned. Additionally, overall efficiency is to be increased through digitalization, automation, and the establishment of an agile organizational structure—all while simultaneously assuming the role of interim CEO to ensure ongoing operations. Finally, all efforts aim to establish a sustainable basis for future decision-making and enable a strategic realignment.
